To make a purchase in the www.zumahome.eu online store, you must place an order using the purchasing process. Below are the most important stages of placing an order:
The "Personal data" stage allows us to complete the personal data necessary to complete the order. First, we provide the e-mail address, then we complete the name and surname, and in the case of an order for a company, the company name and its NIP. In the next step, we decide whether we want to place an order as a guest or create an account. If you decide to register, fill in the value in the "Password" field and click on the activation link received by e-mail. Remember the password and the e-mail address provided, because you will need them for subsequent logins. Next, we complete the details of the address to which the purchased products will be sent. When the billing address differs from the delivery address, for this purpose it is enough to provide two when placing the order - the shipping address and the billing address (invoice address) to which the invoice will be issued.
The "Delivery method" stage allows us to specify the form of delivery of the shipment. In our case, it is a courier shipment carried out by the courier company DPD Polska Sp. z o.o..
The "Forms of payment" stage allows us to specify the method of payment in the form of an electronic transfer, payment card, traditional transfer to a bank account or payment on delivery.
After submitting the order for execution, you can see its status in the Customer Account. The panel also allows you to check what stage your order is at.
