Termination of contract - return of goods
All items purchased in our online store www.zumahome.eu are subject to return, which can be made within 100 days of receipt of the shipment. The costs of returning the goods are the responsibility of the Buyer. To make a return, we recommend that you download and complete the withdrawal form. When returning the goods, the customer is liable for damages resulting from the consumption of the goods and/or the packaging exceeding the normal familiarization with the product (test).
We suggest that you return the goods in their original packaging with the completed form to our warehouse address: Magazyn Zumaline, al. Roździeńskiego 93, 40-203 Katowice
Goods claim
Complaints are subject to all goods not in conformity with the contract, including those which have manufacturing defects, incomplete goods and goods which do not match the description or incorrect delivery, as well as goods which, for reasons beyond our control, have been damaged in transit to the Buyer.
In case of receipt of the package by the courier and finding damage to the goods resulting directly from damage to the package / packaging during transport, we suggest that you write a damage report with the courier and send it to the address email: info@zumahome.eu together with a completed complaint form, which will greatly simplify the complaint process.
After receipt of the notification, we will contact you by email within 3 working days to determine the successive stages of the complaint procedure (the notification will receive a number and the consultant after the initial analysis, if the product is qualified for a procedure subsequent claim, will determine the date and address of receipt of the offending product). Each time, the advertised goods must first be collected from the buyer by a courier appointed by us (the cost of the collection order is borne by the store). The exception is for situations where the report is for a missing item. The final examination of the complaint takes place after the arrival of the claimed goods in our store.
